Short on details, but I remember seeing this scene at a drive in a few years either side of 1970:

A carload of teenagers take their convertible to a local automatic car wash to get it washed.  Once they start going through the car wash, I believe one of the brushes rips off the convertible's ragtop and now while the kids are getting their own baths, the tunnel of the wash gets bigger and now there is thunder and lightning all around.

And that's all I know.

Anybody have a clue to what this movie is and is it available on DVD or even VHS?
