Thats about all I remember.I saw it on a black and white tv so I don't know if its in color.I am guessing that it is from the 50's or 60'S
These little troll like creatures are in this mans house.He is trying to get rid of them and they want to get rid of him.
They get some kind of tool(i think it is a spade)and cut him with it.

Can you describe the guy that gets attacked? Or where the film was set? Any extra info would be helpful. The only film that comes to mind off the top of my head would be "Munchies," a goofy and low-budget rip-off of the "Gremlins' films.

Could be the B&W Mexican horror flick known stateside as Curse of the Doll People or Devil Doll Men.

That is what my brother said.I don't think it is Don;t be Afraid...because the movie I saw looked to be from the 50's or 60's.
