one of those"creepy little kid" movies

I am pretty sure that this one was made for TV.I watched it sometime between 79-82.
The "creepy litttle kid"was a girl and was killing off her family for some reason or other.
I specifically remember doing away with one person by putting a plugged in radio in the tub while this person was bathing(death by electrocution).
She later went after someone(i think it was the Dad)with..a pizza cutter!Yes,i am serious.She had it in her hand and as she walked up the stairs,she was running the blade of it against the wall.
