This special is a cartoon about a girl who goes into a colored 20's  cartoon through her Attic & tells the toons there about Christmas;later in the special her doll comes alive in the cartoon world & becomes evil. I remember one scene where the toons were about to cut a tree down & she prevents being  telling them the"Christmas isn't about presents" speech.

I have been trying to figure out what this movie is called since Christmas. I think my husband thinks I'm crazy and I made it up. Does anyone know the name of this special?????
