So, I was roaming around the net several weeks ago and I found this little comic that depicts what Calvin (from Calvin and Hobbes) might be like as a teenager, along with his classmate Susie.  I thought it was kind of funny, so I figured I'd post it here.

Enjoy.  :)

I guess given all those years when Hobbes liked Susie and Calvin could care less, it's only natural he'd be jealous of this situation years later, unless of course, you go with the "Hobbes is Calvin's subconscious" theory.

Why do you suppose the last panel shows HOBBES as a stuffed animal, inanimate?  When others ever interacted with HOBBES, he was impassive, inanimate... some of the funniest panels are when HOBBES is delivered to CALVIN's parents' reality... and is exposed as merely a stuffed toy... apparently his personality is a projection of CALVIN's imagination.  Smile  Thumbup Or does HOBBES really exist?  Nice cartoon there, BTM

Hehe.. I remember one carton along those lines when Calvin and Hobbes get into a fight and so Calvin leaves Hobbes outside, thinking he'll come back in later.  Well, he doesn't, and when Calvin has to go to bed, he runs outside frantically searching for him.  His parents put him to bed and then his mom convinces his dad that they should go outside and search for him.  At one point they're looking around and the mom, without thinking, yells, "HOBBBBBES!!!" really loud, and the dad just looks at her.  Hehe.

Thumbup Nice cartoon there, BTM

Again, I didn't make it, just found it somewhere.  :)

Check this out, an even COOLER tribute!

Sort of the transitional period.  Stuffed animals don't mean anything, when you can finally score.

I don't know if anyone else heard about this, but appaerently a lot of people think the comic strip character Frazz is Calvin  as a teenager.  The characters share several traits, and even some of the side characters seem to be adult versions of Calvin and Hobbes characters.

Here's the Wiki link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frazz

At least, that's what Gary Busey told me...
