I watched Creature Features on WNEW Channel 5 as a child.  I have been trying to remember the name of a movie but I dont remember any of the actors.  As I remember the plot was similar to the Creature from the Black Lagoon but the monster was different and left some short of slime that looked like egg whites when it attacked. I remember a scene where the monster came aboard a small boat and left some of the slime which alerted the people that the monster was around.  I know its not much information but I would like to know the name and possible watch it if it has been released on DVD.  Perhaps one of the horror film buffs can help?

Having recently re watched "The Monster That Challenged The World" I'd like to second RC's contention that it is the movie in question. The boat attack and slime trail are good fits.

There are few things more beautiful than a sporting montage with a soft-rock soundtrack
