All we can remember is that it had a truck (possibly a tanker) that could go invisible, a cowboy dude who gets captured and locked in a silo thing, where he has to fight deadly snakes in the dark.

Can anyone help with  a title?

Sounds like episodes of the TV show "Highwayman."

There was an MST3K episode where the movie was about a secret agent who could turn invisible.  I think it was called "Invisible Agent".  He teamed up with a cowboy truck driver.  That also seemed to be episodes of a TV show.

Many thanks, I think we have a winner.

I think it may  have been the pilot to The Highwayman i was thinking of, as that appears to be the only episode where the truck could turn invisible (they cut it out of later episodes).

All I have to do now is hunt it down (it was never released to buy over here)
