Well, I think it is at least...
I might be getting 2 films confused.
I think the film has something to do with no fertile males. The main characters I think are 3 women and maybe 2 guys.
I remember an ice cavern where a escape fight scene takes place.
But what most sticks out in my head is there is an evil Queen. She ends up capturing the main guy. Then proceeds to have a mating ritual while he is tied to an alter. I think one of his companions has either went bad or is pretending to have turned as she is the one who mounts him. I think she had big 80's blonde hair. In what I really think was almost a softcore sex scene while his friends watch in dismay from a hiding place.
I was thinking this could be "America 3000" but I can't find a copy anywhere to find out.
I think this might be from either the very late 70's or early 80's. I think we had it copied on betamax. It may have been also a softcore porno. Not sure. My father copied everything back then and on occassion he'd, by mistake, copy something like "Tron" on the some tape as a XXX feature.

This could be "Gwendoline."

A few that stick out in my mind:

Hell Comes to Frog Town - Roddy Piper's diddly becomes Gov't Property after they find out it still works
Phoenix the Warrior - Lesbos battle over salvaged samples after an evil queen wipes out all the men, until they find an escapee
She - never quite understood the angle in this one, but apparently "She" is a goddess who sacrifices men to, well, herself, until one of them gets away & wins her heart

Some of it sounds like SORCERESS from 1982 to me.

Sorceress certainly looks like something my father would have rented way back than. However, I do not recall any Satyrs or strange monsters popping up.
I am certain it is not Hell Comes to Frogtown nor Gwendoline.
It could be the 1982 version of "She" or maybe "Phoenix the Warrior."
I am absolutely certain about the mating ritual scene. The hero laying down tied up on a table or alter and the on female character on top and enjoying herself while the Queen and I think guards look on.
I was young and liked looking at the naked girl. So rewatched that part quite a bit. Ha!

That perfectly matches part of "Gwendoline."  However, I do not believe that takes place in either "She" or "Phoenix the Warrior."  There is a scene like that in "Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death."

It certainly isn't the 80s version of "She" with Sandahl Bergman.
