50s (?) Musical With Bartender Girl

I caught part of a musical (thinking 50s) where an attractive blonde woman is serving beer to a bunch of men in an outside bar.  They sang a song in ode to her which she sings along with as she serves beer.  Anyone know what this was?

Can you remember any other clues? Country, time period, setting (not where and when the musical was made, but where the action is supposed to be taking place)? City vs. small town?

I'm thinking a small port town somewhere during maybe late 1800s.  I seem to think the guys shes serving were sailors of some sort.
