If your church screened these movies, would you go see them or do you object to it (and why, if you don't mind shaaring that is)?

Why would I want to sit in church to watch a movie?  Church isn't all that comfortable.

The selected films are very interesting... but strange choices for a church.
If you want to view paradise . . . simply look around and view it!

Churches are for worship and things that lift up God, first of all.  They are not meant to be entertainment venues.
I can and have seen/shown some movies at church - things that fit in with the message and purpose of a church service.
But, these are just cheesy 70's horror films which might be fine for home viewing, but really are not appropriate to church at all.
So yes, I would have a problem with my church screening either of them.
