You're quite an intuitive person.  This program was on CBS tonight and I actually sat thru most of it, it's always enjoyable enough, though less and less after many viewings, but I hadn't looked at it in years, tho' I do have the soundtrack... tonight, CBS had chipped at the seconds in this program and us old school boomers might've noticed the deletions (particularly during the song after this one...)  I nod to the Darksider.

I can kinda relate to the song, about the whole addiction thing.  Not to heroin, per se, but other substances throughout life.

I don't know.  I'm not necessarily disagreeing, but I've seen it quite possibly hundreds of times in my 25 years on this planet, and I relate to it more and more every year.  Hell, I even pop in the dvd a couple of times when it's not "Christmasy', like mid-July.  "Nobody wants to play with a Charlie in the box!".  Maybe it comes down to my always being an outsider, even today, and I liked the idea of the whole Island of Misfit Toys, the ones nobody else wanted.  I dunno.
