Ninety years ago today the guns fell silent on the Western Front. After four years and 14 million dead, the Great War had ended. Nov. 11 was set aside as Armistice Day from that point onward. Aftter World War II, it was renamed Veterans Day in the U.S. and Remembrance Day in Great Britain and Canada. Here are some facts about America's wars:
