It's a simple script I found through Hotscripts.

Go ahead and play around with it.

http://5g8.net/uploader/

It will default to adding forum code with image tags to the images you upload. You can choose to have url tags or none added.

The user and password, should it ask, are both 'test' (minus the apostrophes).

Let me know if you have any problems when using it.
