I only saw a few minutes of this several years ago, so I don't have much to go on.
Takes place in a rural or wooded area. There are 2 groups of people running around trying to kill each other. The one standout bit that I cought is a woman with a bow shoots an exploding arrow into one of the bad guys, killing him. She pumps her fist and says, "Yes!" or "Yea!".
That's all I remember. Ring any bells?

No, I've seen Red Dawn. It wasn't that. Thanks for trying.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0236314/

"Hunting Season"  has a chick tracking down the guys who raped her, and they are trying to escape but ultimately start hunting her.  There is an exploding person in that.

And it seems there was a Troma movie with women fighting against some military force, but I can't recall the title of it and that was back in the late 80s, early 90s.  Just can't recall the title.

Very possible, Java. I checked out some pictures of Cindy Pena. They didn't seem familiar, but I did only see a few minutes of it several years ago. I'll call it probably solved.
Thanks for your help.
