EDIT: I did some research and this is from some comedy sketch show in which the guy playing the senator is an Australian comedian lampooning an actual senator by the same name.

Still funny as hell though.

The front fell off of the ship if you aren't able to take that from the clip:   TeddyR

This is like a great Monty Python routine. Replace the senator with John Cleese or Graham Chapman and the reporter with Michael Palin!   TongueOut
