I've never seen the original Jaws, any of the King Kong films (Only saw part of Peter Jackson remake), any of the Lord of the Rings, Dead Alive, any of the Evil Dead movies, Schienlder's List, Close Encounters with the 3rd King, the remake of The Thing, Sin City, 300, Dirty Dancing, Grease, The Punisher, any Friday the 13th, any Halloween, any of the Nightmare of Elm Street, Ed Wood, Tim Burton's Batman, Akria, Invasion of the Body Snatchers (Any verison), and to strike the final cord...

Any for the B-movie fans, I never seen any verison or the sequel of The Blob (It's high on my list to see), The Giant Claw, Manos: The Hands of Fate, any Godzilla movie, Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, and Killer Klowns From Outer Space.

Yeah I know, I got a lot of films to see.

You're lucky.  I wish I could see some of those films for the first time again.  You've got lots of fun ahead of you.

If you mean from beginning to end, in a unedited for television format, then, uhm, neither have I.  I do not remeber which one I saw bits and pieces of but I do remember it did NOTHING for me and I never once wanted to rent the full version.

You want to hear something REALLY un-effing-believable?

I. Have. NEVER. Seen. .

ONE NIGHT IN PARIS (HILTON)

I feel so. . so. .

Deprived.   Wink

Then again I've also never seen THE LION KING, CLERKS, MURIEL'S WEDDING, HOOP DREAMS, THE WEDDING BANQUET, SHORT CUTS, GLEN GARY GLEN ROSS, STRICTLY BALLROOM, EDWARD SCISSORHANDS, or THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION.  And those are all on a 1001 must see movies on blockbuster's web site.

Oddly I have seen THE PIANO, JURASSIC PARk, SCHINDLER'S LIST, GROUNDHOG DAY, PRETTY WOMAN, and SILENCE OF THE LAMBS.  So perhaps I'm just depraved.

I've seen The Big Lebowski several times, and I love that film. But it's definately a love it or hate it film.

I will say this now and let it sink it: I HAVE NEVER SEEN CITIZEN KANE.

Sue me. I can't tell you why. For whatever reason I've just never been interested in seeing it, and it's not because I don't like old movies, because I do.

However, I do like to use the "Citizen Kane" seal of approval gag, like saying "It's the Citizen Kane of high school slasher films" or "The Citizen Kane of radioactive monster movies."

Of those movies, you MUST check out Clerks.  Generally, "Must See" lists are lists I avoid, but I will say that there's really nothing bad at all about Clerks and it's well worth renting/downloading/burning/borrowing/buying however you can see it.

That's OK.  Frankly, in my opinion CITIZEN KANE is a great movie, but it's reputation largely rests on it's large number of technical innovations (deep focus photography, wipes, etc.) that changed the way movies looked forever.  That makes it an enormously important historical movie, but for the average viewer missing it is not a big deal.  (Maybe I should put that sentiment in the "against the grain" thread).

I've never seen it either.  Thing is, I've heard so many GOOD things about it, that while I can't dispute that it's good, I'm afraid I'll be disappointed.  Everytime I've seen a movie that's gotten rave reviews (for example, Star Wars, Titanic, The Hangover, Lord of The Rings), I've been nothing but disappointed and vowed to never watch them again.  In terms of Titanic, I can only say that I've only enjoyed one James Cameron film: Terminator 2: Judgement Day.
