The Mutant Chronicles anyone seen/heard of this?

Stumbled onto this in Netflix, and I haven't heard of it before, but it sounds pretty cool.

"In a futuristic world where earth has been divided into four warring "Corporations," a frightening new breed of NecroMutant threatens to destroy the global population. But is Brother Samuel, the leader of an age-old monastic order, the prophesied Deliverer who's destined to destroy the undying beasts and save the planet? Seizing the chance to realize his destiny, Samuel rounds up an army of recruits who can help him do the job."

Sadly, it doesn't have a release date yet.. guessing either this series either never played in the U.S., or it did and I just never heard of it.  (Course, considering I don't have cable that may not be surprising.)

Anyone by chance seen this?

A friend of mine hooked me up with an early review copy. No idea when the actual release is supposed to be, but you can always check out my review here.

I thought it was okay as a whole, but very predictable and I don't know if the copy I received was while the movie was still in the "tweaking" post-production phases, but the cgi was in desperate need of a tune-up.

It's not a TV show but a movie with Thomas Jane, Ron Perlman, and a short bit with John Malkovich.  You can read a short little review I did here -

Perlman  and Jane were at comic-con pitching for the film, but they didn't have a distributor.  My nephew got a copy of it from a friend (one of those don't ask deals).
