You mean they don't sell cowboy boots in the U.K. I see a market.

Like 'em. Wear 'em. Because I have weak ankles, they provide the support I need. The only time I don't like to wear 'em, is when I'm driving. As I don't get the right pedal feel with 'em.

When I lived in California, I use to wear Wellingtons. But when I moved to Texas, I switched over to cowboy boots. Basic black. Basic cow leather. No need to get fancy.

But there are some companies, such as the Walt Disney Company, where they are verboten footwear. If I ever go to work for one of those, part-time, I guess I'll have to go back to Wellingtons.

I can't wear'em because I have very wide feet. I have Ben Grimm feet. They are almost square. I could have them custom made but that's just a lil bit expensive, even if I provide my own hides.( I was thinking maybe alligator.)
