Yesterday I went and rented 3 movies, Judge Dredd, Incredible Melting Man and Invaders from Mars remake.

Judge Dredd: just as bad as I remembered it. "I AM DA LAW!!!" <- Must have been said 12 times.

Incredible Melting Man: The make up effects is pretty distrubing. Not yet finished it yet though. I'm at school writing this.

Invaders from Mars: Looked interesting and its directed by Tobe Hooper {TCM} can't be all that bad.

I'll give flesher reviews later.

The original is a better film, but the aliens in the newer version are neat.  Hey, does anybody have a penny?  (You'll get it after watching the film.)

I really liked the INVADERS FROM MARS remake when I was a kid.  Caught a bit of it on cable a few weeks ago, and I'm thinking I may have to reassess my judgement.

Say what you want about JUDGE DREDD (like the stupidity of making a distinctly British comic into an American action movie), but at least it had Diane Lane in a skintight outfit.

The only thing that comes to mind about the Judge Dredd moivie was that it was just a failure, not really a b-movie.  Hated it.
