70/80s alien movie

Hello, i need to find a propably 70's or early 80's judging from it's aesthetics alien horror film. I watched a part of it when i was little, from what i remember the alien had a human form (or entered a human body, i don't remember), until he enters a device emitting blue light (wich was in his house) , where he takes the alien form. The alien was a rather typical gray alien with black uniform, but the head resembled a bit the head of the fly (the 50's movie) if i recall corectly. There was also a "pill" or something, which if humans touched it, a dark slime was generating from the pill and covered the hand with pain.  That is all i can recall, does anyone happens to know the title of this?

The name of the movie is Time Walker.

The alien wasn't disquished as human like as i thought, but...as a mummy
