Sleeping Dogs Lie. (spoilers)

Has anyone seen this movie written and directed by Bobcat Goldwaith? I thought it was STRANGE but thoroughly entertaining. It had rough spots in the dialogue and directing, but still really good.

Here's some spoilers, but it's because it's followed by a question.

A college student bored one night, gets curious and blows her dog. She's immediately ridden with guilt and disgust and never tells a soul. Years later when she gets engaged she tells her fiance. The movie is about what happens to her relationships when the doggy news is exposed.

Would that freak you out if your wife or girlfriend confessed this? What is worse, blowing a dog or eating a cookie covered in cum from 4 guys? I find the cookie more disgusting.

I saw this the other night on on demand.  wasn't surprised to see some sarah silverman show players there.  This is kind of a mini genre like "spanking the monkey" or even todd solondz stuff.  like "it's so gross yo have to marvel that the actors can keep a straight face " indie movie.


    i liked the movie but i felt queasy watching it.  would make a good double bill with "let me die a woman" and everyone could just throw up everywhere


   I thnk the guy at the emnd realizes what the story is and decided he didn't want to hear it.  also, it's interesting that she herself got rid of the dog.

A very stranger movie that is one of those flicks that when you hear the plot you say to yourself "There's no way that that movie got made". 

Pretty funny stuff..............that is if you got an extremely sick sense of humor.
