I saw a similar thing on the Good Movies Board and I got interested a doing a topic like this, but to see if there is a movie everybody agrees on that is dreadful.  To quote Rev. Powell on that topic board:

There's no movie that someone doesn't hate, and there's no movie, however bad it might be, that someone doesn't love.  This board is continuing proof of the last part.

While I agree with you (For example, millions of people hate Delta Farce, I like it alot), I am still interested in seeing if there is a movie out there that we all universally agree that we all hate.  I'll open the topic by tossing out four movies that I despise:
Troll 2
Nothing but Trouble
Jaws: The Revenge
Frogs

I've sadly only seen Batman & Robin and The Cable Guy.  I've never seen the rest.  I don't agree with you on The Cable Guy, but I agree with you a lot on Batman & Robin.  What was Joel Schumacher trying to do with that film?  I didn't even like it when I was younger, though I admit I like Batman Forever.

I like the Postman and The Cable Guy. The songs were good in Blues Brothers 2000, it was everything else that was lame. Hate the kid.
I also hate Frogs Hatred and From Dusk Till Dawn 2 (I liked the third one, though.)

Star Wars Episode 2, Attack Of The Clones

Please tell me no one here (or anywhere for that matter) likes this...I'll be saddened.

Exorcist II

I'll come clean and say I like this film for it's awfulness.

Batman & Robin

I will support that even though its awful, its no even a likeable "awful".

I like it, but I only like for all the actions scenes, talking scenes on Kamino, and the ending.  Otherwise, I was fairly bored for a bit of the movie and I didn't care for the romance parts (When I watch Star Wars, I don't care about romance, even in the originals).  This, Episode 1, and Episode 3 are the only Star Wars films I've seen in theaters, wasn't born during the 80s or later 70s to catch any of the original films.  Too bad.

I'm sure. There were people dressed as Jedi's, you don't forget something like that. Wink

I'll admit that I like Frogs... Though it's far from something I'd watch every day. I do dig the atmosphere.

I would have guessed Phantom Menace being hated more than Attack of the Clones. I sure disliked it more. .

Arguably yes but I think AOTC was just so forgettable.  Granted much of what I remember from Phantom Menace  was Jar Jar, but at least I remembered something from it.

One movie I'll nominate:
Barney's Great Adventure.  NOBODY with a right mind frame will or can watch that thing all the way through, little kids included.

The Cable Guy
I quite like that movie, actually.  Problem is, it's not bad.  People expected it to be lighter Jim Carrey fare in a similar vein to Ace Ventura or The Mask.  But when audiences saw it, it was a bit darker than what they expected.  Not the scripts fault or the directors fault.  Great movie, for what it was.

I saw a similar thing on the Good Movies Board and I got interested a doing a topic like this, but to see if there is a movie everybody agrees on that is dreadful.  To quote Rev. Powell on that topic board:

I agree with all your choices except for this little charmer.  Maybe I have no taste, but I like it, and watch it whenever it's on the tube.

Ugh, don't remind me of that movie.  I saw once when I younger.  The only thing that I remembered liking about that movie was this guy who could make food inside of his truck as he drove.  I don't like it and sadly I watched it 3 times, but luckily I only watched the whole movie through beginning to end once.

Here's a nice nugget of trivia I read in an article for Rolling Stone magazine: Trey Parker, co-creator of tv show South Park was offered the chance to direct Barney's Great Adventure.  At the time, he had just finished the movies Cannibal! The Musical (cannibals who sing and dance), and Orgazmo, (about a Mormon who becomes a porn star.)  Apparently, these are films worthy of directing the feature film debut of a dinosaur targeted to 6 year olds.
