Hey there, badmoviephiles.  I'm here with a question.  I'm trying to recall the name of a film and I'm having trouble.  I would appreciate your help.

My interest in this film arose when I saw the special effects for it on the Discovery Channel documentary series Movie Magic.

Here's how the film is.  It focuses on several people who die and become the spirit guides for a man who was born when they died.  They die when the bus they are riding on falls off a bridge.  The spirit of the driver of that bus is hurled into the clouds and disappears.  The passengers are wondering what is going on and are not yet aware they died.  It takes them a short time to figure it out when they see the bus being pulled out of the river.  Then they are suddenly and inexplicably drawn to the birth of a baby boy.  It then fast forwards a few years later when the boy is a preteen and those spirits are still with him.  Then the driver of the bus they were on appears and explains to them why they are stuck with that boy and what they must do.  Only the boy can hear them and talks to them a lot.  This worries the spirits.  They think that if the boy talks to them too much, he'd be seen as insane.  So they make a pact to remain silent.  When the boy talks to them and gets no response, he is saddens, but eventually forgets about them.

Now fast forward twenty or so years later when the boy in a man.  The spirits who are still following him see he needs their help,   So they end their long silence and guide him.

Does anyone know the name of this film?

Babe, I'm leaving.  I must be on my way.  The time is drawing near.  The train is going.  I see it in your eyes.  The love beneath your tears.  And I'll be lonely without you.  And I'll need your love to see me through.  So please me.  My heart is your hands.  And I'll be missing you...

"Heart and Souls"

And this is in the wrong area.  It should be in the section for identifying films.
