Looking for a movie titles

Hi. im looking for a two movie titles.oww and sry my crappy english.

the first movie is taking place on city at night mostly.there are two alien fighting with eachother.i remember that human cop is geting involved with this and finaly have to beat the alien who is killing people.he had a wierd pie or something attached to hes hand that he used to suck life or sum from humans.

oh and the second move now.
this one is from 80s i think.its about man who discover that hes family is gone. he is starting to see every kind of hallucination including finger of hes wife an big baby siting in bathroom.finally it gets clear that he actually killed hes wife.

The second film is "Chasing Dreams." I already answered this gent's questions over at the Vault. Good call on "I Come in Peace" Derf.

As far as I know, I come in peace hasnt been released on dvd. There are some transfers of it
to dvd out there I'm sure. Another movie this them reminds me of is "The Hidden" there's also
the "Borrower".

I agree with both, and the second is definitely Chasing Dreams, a pretty decent movie.
