Oh, man, I LOVED that show as a kid!  Watched it all the time, even taped episodes of it with my tape recorder so I could listen to it at night.  I have many of the sketches permanently seared in my brain!

And yep, the guy driving was drunk.  And that was a vodka warehouse in Russia.  Crazily enough, the driver only received a broken leg.

When the 90s X-Men cartoon was aired in Japan, the "generic American action cartoon" intro was replaced with a "generic anime action cartoon" intro.
