is forced by some bullies in a party or a bar to pick up an olive off a block of ice with his butt?

Sounds like the college/frat initiation scene from the beginning of. . . Revenge of the Nerds?

It's out there. I remember hearing about it, or even seeing it. What I don't remember is the title of it, nor who was in it,  I do believe it was one of the frat comedies. Good luck in your search.
