I only caught a glimpse of this scene from a horror movie.
A person was locked/trapped in a stairwell in a house and then the ceiling fan began to lower down, sealing the person's fate.
Sorry for being vague but that's all I remember.
Thanks.

Am I wrong, or is there a ceiling fan death in "Phantasm III?"
