These Top 100s are all over the place but not in the TV section, so I thought I would remedy that.

I'm gonna start with: -

1. Theodore "T-Bag" Bagwell, from Prison Break (as posted by BTM in the 100 Most Awesome Movie Villains/Antagonists topic, so I figured he should be here)

2. Drusilla from Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel

4.) Lord Zedd

From the tv shows: Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Power Rangers: Zeo, Power Rangers: Turbo, and Power Rangers: In Space.  He was so frightening to little children that parents bombarded the Fox network with phone calls and letters saying that he was "too Evil", and they wanted Fox to do something.  He was then turned into a bit more of a comical character.

He was played by Ed Neil, who also portrayed the Hitchiker in The Texas Chain Saw Massacre.

11.) Mr. McMahon- Vincent Kennedy McMahon.

Not the man himself (although, I've heard stories.)

Over the past ten years or so, McMahon's kidnapped his own daughter to seek revenge on a wrestler, he's drugged his wife and forced her to watch him make out with a swimsuit model, he purchased two rival wrestling promotions and fired half their rosters (in real life too), faked his own death to see what people thought of him, "fired" dozens of wrestlers, and started a 'club' where you have to literally kiss his ass (put lips on his buttocks) to keep your job.

13.) Dr. Claw

He's so evil, he's only partially seen.  Just a lone hand stroking his cat.
