Not sure if this was A motion picture. Tv show. Or A bad dream.
The only thing I remember is A Man being chased by Dogs possably Dobermans.
And His only way of escape is to run through two very narrow walls lined with Razorblades.

This one has bugged Me for better than 20 years.
Was it A real movie or My imagination?

Thanks for any help!

That segment of the movie was also remade as an episode of the "Tales From the Crypt" TV show that came on HBO (and later syndication).
