M.D. Geist as well as its sequel

Really, M.D. Geist is considered one of the worst anime movies of all time.
The action and artwork is great, but the plot has too many holes and the dubbing sucks.

Another vote for Rock A Doodle here. Horrible songs, coupled with the worst child voice actor I've ever heard.  The Nostalgia critic did a wonderful review of it as well.

Also, there's a direct to video sequel to The Secret of NIMH.  I've never seen it, but I've heard that it's effing terrible as well.
