IMD has it with 2.8 stars. I think they're over reaching... If it wasn't Joan Crawford's last film it should have been.

The US Air Force/Army used to get the best of the B's during the 1970's "for our boys" at the on base/post theaters. I got to see, Laser Blast, Corvette Summer, Message From Space, A Boy and His Dog, and many other forgettable films in their first run... without co-hits, even. Thank you, Uncle Sam!
The most memorable was Uchu Kara No Messeji (1978--American title) Message From Space with the incomparable Vic Morrow... who's range was only limited by his inability to express human emotion of any kind (the Supermarionation of Supercar had better technique) thus giving birth to Steven Segal and possibly "the Robot" from Lost in Space. We salute you, Saluuuute!

TROG used to terrify me when it played on The CBS Late Night Movie. I admit it looks a bit goofy now.

The coolest part was Trog had a Major matt Mason Space Crawler.

I had one, too!  Thumbup

When me and Tara lived in the duplex before we got the house, there was this real creepy woman who lived next door who used to always sniff her armpits...she was quite hairy. We used to call her Trog.

Oh man, I've gotta see this  TeddyR  The strength of 20 demons?  I can't even begin to imagine how strong that is, but it's just remarkable!

Somehow I managed to see the trailer for this like 6 or 7 times -- but it never actually came to any of the theatres in the Williamsburg area.  Still haven't seen it --

I believe the surprisingly excellent Trog mask was actually a scavenged ape head from 2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY.

And for many, many years TROG was about your only chance to see the terrific stop motion dinosaur footage animated by Willis O'Brien and Ray Harryhausen for Irwin Allen's ANIMAL WORLD (1957). The original film was cut up to be used as stock footage and is now considered lost.  Fortunately the entire dinosaur sequence is included as a bonus on the DVD of O'Brien's THE BLACK SCORPION.

And there's that Major Matt Mason Space Crawler!

The strength of 20 demons?

Why, that almost twice the strength of 10 demons!
It baffles science!
