Can't think of movie, driving me crazy...

Good day everyone,

I remember seeing this film roughly 8-10 years ago and renting it from my local video store.  I have searched the web on rare occasions with no success.  Its been a while, so I'm trying to recall the movie the best I can.  It is a cult film or a b-movie at best, and despite the way it sounds its not a porn or even soft core. Just an odd movie with lots of pointless nudity:

Most of what I remember is that a women (quite large in figure as I recall) ventures some how in a town or kingdom.  This "town" is overrun by pointless rules.  For example walking backwards at the command of the "king/queen".  All the towns people are nude as well.  I remember the large women has a lesbian encounter with a black woman of the town (wasn't a sex scene either).  And the "queen" ordering anyone to do her bidding, i.e. stripping and dancing for her entertainment.  

I believe the plot was..... well, I don't really think there was much of a plot.  But I can't recall that either.  I can only remember pieces of the movie, but it haunts me that I cant think of what it was called or find anything surfing the web.  Its just one of those things that bugs you until you think of it.

I figure at least one other person on this earth has seen it and remembers the title.

I'm thinking the same. B Movie, lots of pointless nudity, large women, lesbian encounter with a black woman, a queen demanding they walk backwards, not much of a plot. Check, check, check, check, check, and CHECK.

As Ghouck carefully enumerates, this can ONLY be DESPERATE LIVING... as has often been the case w/ cleaning out these files, there is no other film like it.
