I think it was 80s movie has a astonaught in space looks straight into the sun and almost dies but when he gets out of the hospital  any time he looks into the sun he becomes alot stronger.

thats not the one he is still human he has to be carefull how long he uses his powers for becouse he could die from a burnout. I remember at the end of the movie their is a guy trying to kill a girl hes friends with he cant seem to manage to fight back until roof of the place opens and he sees sun and moves at super human speed.
