Believe it or not, that plane weighs about a third of what that truck does. Cool that nobody died though, sure wouldn't have guessed that.

Fords are advertised in SA as "built Ford tough" ~ now I believe the ads.  Smile

The only thing that worries me about that article is that they refer to "Krugersdorp Airport". All I can say is  Question because there ain't no place by that name. The airport near to that city is called Lanseria Airport.  TongueOut

Correct the truck weighs about 3900 lbs. and the Piper about 1200 lbs. (less fuel) which is about 400 lbs lighter than a (not so) Smart Car.
