I need ur help again.

Im trying to find two movies. One of these comes from a description from my pal. The movie im looking for is about two barbarian twins. My friend's movie is about two robots that fight in the desert(not robo jocks) This evil guy has one robot and is destroying crap but the good guy finds another robot mech in the desert puts in a password or key or something like that. My friend also said through out the movie theres like a guy broadcasting like in a radio station.
