Help: who is this actor?

Please, guys if you know who this actor being strangled by Chuck Norris is, pleeeeeze let me know.

He acted with Chuck Norris in The Hitman (1991) ~ this still is from that film ~ and his name is possibly Michael B. Enyaer or Frank Ferrucci.

I'm writing a review of The Hitman for our site ~ any help would be appreciated.

The IMDb lists a Frank Ferrucci as a character named Shahad.
