This movie is something I watched on TV when I was probably 5-6 years.

The ONLY thing I can remember, but which made a lasting impression on me is the final (I think) scene
of the movie:

A man dressed like an astronaut (or with some biosuit on) manages to shrink a huge "fluffy looking" monster
down to a size of maybe 20 inches. Before he shrunk it, it looked like 80-100 feet tall.

The proportions of the monster was somewhat like a Teddy bear, and I guess it was pale blue or maybe pale gray.

I think the "astronaut" patted the creature on the head after the shrinkage, and maybe it wasn't a monster at all - maybe just your average friendly Teddy bear becoming alive and huge due to radiation or something.

This scene takes part in bright sunshine, and I think the two were located to the right of the screen, with some trees in the background.

This memory has been with me for more than 30 years, and I hope some of you have suggestions to which movie it might be.

I suspect this to be a Japanese movie - some "Teddy bear Jojo vs Tokyo" kind of thing.

Ah, the agony!

Right now I'm not even convinced that I remember the fluffyness of the creature correctly either.

The only thing I'm 100% certain of, is that the creature was huge, and got shrunk to munchkin size
by some guy in a biosuit/space suit.

This was the end of the movie.

I feel that the creature was returned to it's original size at the end - it was probably nuclear waste
or something that had enlarged it in the first place.

With contents like that, it must have been Japanese.

I must have watched this back in the beginning of the 70's, when I come to think of it - just a little toddler
with not enough memory.

I'm really, really interested in finding this movie, and finding out what it was all about.
