I'm looking on sites like Zazzle where a person can get custom t-shirts printed. The problem is that the shirt I want printed has a white portion and it is to be on a dark shirt. Does anyone know of a site where this can be done? Thanks.

Fisrt of all, I've only used German sites so far (spreadshirt). They also print images on shirts, no matter what color. I've used a picture with three colors, one of which I wanted to be the color of the shirt (green). I edited the image, I think with photoshop, to have two distinct colors and defined the other color as "transparent". At spreadshirt, they apparently can print images with transparent portions, but I know not all shops can. Maybe you have to ask.

Re-reading your original post and my answer to it, I think I probably have missed the point, though....

I tried out Zazzle and I see what you mean.  They won't print white colors.  I assume you tried Cafe Press? http://www.cafepress.com/cp/customize/?id=9. I don't have any personal experience, but report back if you find something, because I'm somewhat interested in this too.

Thanks Rev. No, I hadn't tried Cafepress, looks like it will work, and it's the best deal I've seen so far. The actual shirt colors they offer aren't exactly what I'm looking for, but close enough. Thanks.
