Haunted ship with zombies? or masked men something

Hello again everyone, I was watching it about a year ago now I want to see it again ... Was about people on a Haunted ship and doors on the floor, dont open them, looked like 60s or 70s. Maybe a haunted dimension or something like that, OH! at the end of the movie theses things even cam up on shore and got the people that made it off the ship! Horror. (sorry thats all I can think of right now).

Please help if you can, and thanks :)

This sounds like "Ghost Ships of the Blind Dead" (1974).
