Name that video game ...

But just a few rules, please post a hint or hints, and after 3 days "post time", please tell what the game is if no one can guess it. You get 3 points. Please and thank you.

More - You can add Bonus Point questions if you want to as well. You can post more then just 1 photo of the same game "for extra help" if you want to, maybe even part of the box cover art ... have fun, keep it clean.

PS - If you want to guess the current game and lets say you get it correct but you don't want to post a turn, thats cool just wait for confirm and for your turn just type I pass and anyone can grab a turn.

I will will try to keep a point system. 1 point for correct name of game, and 2 points for Bonus Point questions.

NEW RULE
* Anyone can post a game photo, but the current guess photo has to be solved 1st.

NEW RULE
* If you guess 3 in a row you get the "3 in a row, good eye award" = 3 Bonus points ftw!

I will start with an easy one.
---

Hints - Release dates - 1985 Mac, 1987 DOS, 1990 NES. Point and click game.

This is part of the box cover.

Bonus Point - What is the main character's name?

Good idea for a game.

Your game has to be Deja Vu. No idea what the character's name is.

Alright, not sure if this is going to be somewhat hard or very easy.

This entry into a very popular series is one of the very first PC games I ever played.

Bonus Point - What was the name of the villain who stalked the lead character throughout the game? You'd have to be pretty nerdy to remember it, I had to look it up myself. (Of course, the answer is obvious in retrospect.)

That's space quest 3!
And the villain's name is Vohaul. I think.

It is indeed Space Quest 3: The Pirates of Pestulon.

The villain's name was not Vohaul, though. That was the villain in Space Quest II. The Terminator-esque character in the third installment was Arnoid.

You're up next, Cthulhu.

Game points!
Cthulhu - 1

(I'm sure we could keep a running total at the end of every successful post. Not sure it's necessary, but it might be fun.)

Unbelievable!  I hardly play video games at all, but that happens to be one of the very few I've actually played.

PLANESCAPE: TORMENT.

I probably would have missed the bonus question anyway.

Planescape: Torment it is!
I couldn't think of a bonus question, so I figured the picture will be enough. Lookingup

Awright!

I don't think it needs a hint right away... OK, a very little one.  This screenshot is from the 4th edition of this game, and its the PC version.

BONUS QUESTION:  What's the combat strength of the guy with the axe there?

Civilization 4

Correct on both counts!  Although now that I think about it the bonus question was both too easy and ambiguous... I meant the strength of the unit, unpromoted, which is the answer you gave, so you get the points and the next turn.
