That's Quest for Glory 4: Shadows of Darkness.  The guy by the tombstone is Igor (or was it spelled Egor?)  Can't remember...

I couldn't finish this game...not because it was hard, but because I was playing it for a whole day, and the next morning, when I tried to run it, it just reacted with a giant "F*CK YOU". I wasn't able to play it ever since. Bluesad

Yeah, I've had some problems with to you.  Dunno.. Dosbox, maybe?  I'm told when it was released it was pretty damn buggy, even with patches you can still see some things wrong with it.

That is Alone in the Dark, and the character's name is Edward Carnby.
