The Sasquatch in SUBURBAN SASQUATCH, if someone hasn't already mentioned it.  His nipples were drawn onto the plastic "breastplate" with a marker.

While the monsters from "Creature From The Haunted Sea" and "The Horror Of Party Beach" are spectacular by any standard, I have to point out the sheer greatness of Herschel, the 6-foot, blood-drinking turkey in "Blood Freak" and the bunnies with bloody foam painted around their mouths in "Night Of The Lepus."
