There is a little ridiculous and rough around the edges to be a masterpiece but you won't forget it! A young couple moves into a new house to start their new life with thue husbands wonderful new job, etc only to find that their demented neighbor is out to get them for no good reason. It's less like "the birds" or another why are they attacking us horror and more like maybe Return of the living Dead or better yet Seinfeld, because it's just too over the top and full of convenient plot holes to be believed. At the same time, at least it's different and it is suspenseful and genuinly entertaining. You'll notice right away alot of the dialogue doesn't really come off, I don't know if it's the actors or the writing. dark and particularly disgusting 4/5
