     Hey, Ed!
You didn't guess the above 'toon, although the one you (erroneously) posted is Aphrodite A from TRANZOR Z.

     Do you have a guess?

It reminds me of the QUISP alien, but thats dead wrong:

It looks like the dreck cartoons I was forced to watch on Armed Forces TV in the 70's, in terms of quality.  All off-brand stuff from teh 60's.

Got it!  After trolling ALL 1960s cartoon producers for 2 days, I found  The Brothers Matzoriley from the Super 6 Show:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Super_6
Interestingly, one of the voice talents (Daws Butler who voiced #2) was the Quisp Alien too.

I didn't KNOW it, so I won't take any credit. It was all search fu... but I'll put up a pic:

This WAS one of the 3rd string cartoons I saw on Armed forces TV in the 70's.

A hint....it was the back-up feature on a Sixties superhero cartoon.

That's Wacky, from WACKY AND PACKY, a segment of the KROFFT SUPERSHOW.

What show were these characters from?

THe original rules of the thread said that the correct answer had to be given after three incorrect tries; no one tried, so I'm gonna give it....

     THUNDERBIRDS 2086

     Sooooo....let's try something else.

Extra for naming the characters.
