I'm not sure but I remember this old film and a man gets entombed alive.

I think maybe Vincent Price was in this? (Maybe) ...

I know it's not "The Cat" with Vincent Price. It sure looked like him though.

What else? hmm ... Oh, it looked like the same time period as The Pit and the Pendulum.

It was in color. (very medieval looking)

I'm sorry thats all I remember. (for now) ... Please and thank you.

Venomx, this might be Tales Of Terror (1963) specifically the episode "The Black Cat" Smile

Thanks for the help ... but thats not it.

Remember I said "I know it's not "The Cat" with Vincent Price" I forgot the full title was the "Black cat".

But no though, it's not Tales Of Terror, I have that.

Thanks for trying. Did any other movie have a part with a man that gets entombed alive? Please and thanks.

Was it "The Premature Burial"?  That was a short story by Edgar Allen Poe and I believe it was one of Roger Corman's Poe adaptations he did in the 60's with Vincent Price.

Hmmm I'm almost sure it's not , but thanks for trying though.

Info on The Premature Burial - A man accidentally buried alive!. based in a history from Edgar Allan Poe.

The thing is - the movie I remember: the evil man layed the stone work while laughing, the other guy was screaming.
"Please nooo please help!!!" like that <

Then again, maybe it wasn't a Vincent Price at all? But 1 thing for sure it was medieval times.

Was this perhaps an adaptation of The Cask of Amontillado?  The description certainly sounds like it.

The above doesn't seem like it, since it is purely Vincent Price narrating it alone.  But, it's the closest thing I could find.

I haven't seen the screen adaptation for it, but I second Jim's nomination for The Cask of Amontillado.
That's one of my favorite Poe stories and was the first thing I thought of when reading your original post.

(not 100% on it, though)

If it turns out to not be Cask, it could be one of the six or seven versions of The Canterville Ghost. I've only seen the 1944 one but it contains a scene where a man is walled up in the cellar by his father because he wouldn't participate in a duel. His ghost then haunts the castle. It's a comedy.

Thanks Slick, Yeah I'm still looking though ... this one is very difficult, I know. (Sorry guys).

I will check out Cask and The Canterville Ghost, but I'm sure is wasn't comedy.

I still need to find a movie version for The Cask of Amontillado.

Thanks again everyone.

"The Oblong Box" with Vincent Price? The costumes were meant to be Edwardian, I think. The supernatural element was based around voodoo.

It's the only Price feature film I can recall where a person is buried alive but it's not behind a wall.

I think Vincent Price was the "evil guy" though. Yeah I'm almost sure he was doing the stone work.

Thats even if it was a Vincent Price movie, the actor sure did look like him though.

I also remember a huge castle now ... same outfits from The Pit and the Pendulum. (well, almost the same)

A medieval village just popped up in my head, but I'm not so sure. (this is driving me crazy lol)

Again, thanks for trying. I do appreciate all the help.

EDIT*

I just remembered something! The man who was entombed alive, was drugged 1st then chained to a wall.

Well that eliminates Canterville Ghost. His father was sure that his son wouldn't be hiding in the cellar, so he bricked it up. It was when he had almost finished when the son came forward and pleaded to be let out.

Drugged than chained to a wall?  If it's not the Cask of Amontillado, it's ripping it off hardcore.
