That is just astounding. I suppose a good safety film has to hold your attention and stay in your memory, which it does. With all of the over-the-top injuries resulting from everyday carelessness, I couldn't help but think it's the kind of safety film my mother would produce. It's about the film equivalent of her safety lectures when I was a kid. TeddyR

I have read that it is intended to be humorous with its extreme gore, but is indeed used as a safety video in Germany.
