I can't remember the name of this old movie??

Please help!!! All I remember is its a wooden "tiki warrior" looking doll who comes to life and goes after this girl--chewing through doors etc???? It's driving me crazy---What's the title????

The would be Trilogy of Terror, a made for TV anthology. The segment with the Zuni Fetish doll was the third (and last) one.
