Somethign Weird Happened When Trying TO Go To The Board

Not sure why this happen but it seemed odd. I went to come to the bad Movies forum and got hit by an attempted hijack site. It was one of those sites that tells you how your computer is infected and starts trying to download files when it's the problem itself. Usually it causes panic in novice computer users and installs things like adware or key loggers. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else had this happen. I haven't been to any sites other than this one today and my homepage which is from Charter. So it worried me that maybe someone was trying to redirect people from this site to slam them with their garbage ware.

Ad-Block, my friend.  See if your browser can use it.  I haven't had to look at nonsense  or deal with hijackings in months, and I'm the one who always falls for the "Tina-Freshly divorced and ready to play with you tonight" ploy.

rev, for some reasons when I try to click that link, my computer refuses to open the page. I get an Internet Explorer can not open this page message.
