My girlfriend seemed to like Carrie 2. I thought it was dreadful compared to the original but half decent if seen on its own terms.

So did mine. Glad I chewed my way out of that bear trap...

There's about 16 movies in the Air Bud franchise.  All based of the premisis that if the rules don't say you have to be human-anything can play an organized sport.

Pretty sure there's 5 or more Beethoven sequels. Home Alone I'm not even sure how many there are? Police Academy had 6 sequels I believe. Karate Kid had a sequel and then there was The Next Karate Kid. Look Who's Talking had 2 sequels.

"Air Bud"
eight sequels.
All straight to video, except the first and the last to date.

"Beethoven"
five sequels.
The last four straight to video.

"Home Alone"
three sequels.
The last was a movie made for TV.

"The Karate Kid"
three sequels.
and a remake "The Kung Fu Kid."

"Look Who's Talking"
two sequels.
and a spinoff "Baby Talk"

"Police Academy"
six sequels.

Not many know that Splash had a sequel.  A made for TV movie called Splash Too, with Amy Yasebeck, Todd Waring, and Donavan Scott.

It was BAD.  That's all you need to know.

I had no idea that there were so many Children of the Corn sequels until Syfy ran a bunch the other day.

Children of the Corn
Children of the Corn II: The Final Sacrifice
Children of the Corn III: Urban Harvest
Children of the Corn: The Gathering
Children of the Corn V: Fields of Terror
Children of the Corn 666: Isaac's Return
Children of the Corn: Revelation
Children of the Corn (TV remake)

The only one I ever saw was the first one.

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

I've seen all of them. None of them are worth your time, although I must confess a certain fondness for 666.

Worse than that, did you know there are nine Amityville movies? They are all also horrible, I've seen them all, too.

Honey, I Shrunk the Kids (1989) has two sequels: Honey, I Blew Up the Kid and Honey, We Shrunk Ourselves plus it also spawned a TV series.

With the Addams Family based upon Charles Addams cartoons, there was the 1960s TV series The Addams Family, a TV Reunion Movie Halloween with the New Addams Family (1977), The hit 90s films The Addams Family (1991) and Addams Family Values (1993). There there was the direct to video Addams Family Reunion (1998) which starred Tim Curry as Gomez and acted as a pilot for the Canadian produced The New Addams Family TV series in 1998-1999. There were also at least two cartoon series based upon the characters.

King Kong Lives was the gaddawful sequel to some would argue almost as awful itself 1976's King Kong.

The Omen (1976) spawned Damien: Omen II, The Final Conflict: Omen III and Omen IV: The Awakening and a remake.

Prom Night (1980) led to Hello Mary Lou: Prom Night II, Prom Night III: The Last Kiss and Prom Night IV: Deliver Us From Evil and the 2008 remake.

Need we mention the Friday the 13th series
