Kids series

I need help with the name of a (what I assume were direct to video) childrens series. Some kid travels through either space/dimensions looking to assemble something or another before the bad guy can. I think he's travels with a professor and a girl.  There were maybe five videos in the series, those that I remember are:

- One that is basically a rip-off of "Trouble with Tribbles" (The TARDIS/Space thing being infested with small worm like creatures)

- One that is basically a rip-off of "Land of the Giants" (A giant alien child puts them in a jar and keeps them as pets)

- One where they go to some sort of Land of the Toys and stop a war (or start a war, I forget which).
